I have started reading about prosecutorial misconducts. It is not a thing to see people be convicted of crimes they never committed and spent their life in various stages of prison. I have one question on this? When we suspect people as a criminals do we bring abusive trials first before we prove that they are criminals or put them on trial after we make sure that they are criminals. The reason I say this is that we see people has been placed on abusive trials before any evidence that could 100% prove their criminal activity which is damaging both resource and health wise. Is there any time limit a “suspected criminal” could stay on trial?
