Texas Forensic Science Commission -- January 7, 2011

The Texas Forensic Science Commission, formed in 2005 by the state legislature, investigates complaints and forensic negligence or misconduct in Texas criminal cases. In 2006, The Innocence Project formally submitted the Cameron Todd Willingham case to the TFSC, which agreed to investigate in 2008. The following is the recording of the January 7, 2011 TFSC meeting on the Cameron Todd Willingham investigation.
