If the conviction has been vacated and the petitioner can prove factual innocence, they may be eligible for $15,000 year for each year of wrongful incarceration, with a cap of $150,000. Courts may also award any or all of the following: costs of job or skill training for one year, medical and counseling services for three years, tuition expenses at a community college or unit of the state university system.
