On Wednesday afternoon the full episode of the Katie Couric show will be devoted to the wrongfully convicted and will feature “Scandal” star and Innocence Project Artists’ Committee Chair Tony Goldwyn.

In addition, exonerees Marvin Anderson and Barry Gibbs will speak about their experiences of wrongful imprisonment. Anderson served 15 years for a rape he did not commit before DNA evidence proved his innocence. His mother joins him on the show to discuss her steadfast belief in her son’s innocence. Gibbs served 17 years for a murder he did not commit before the “mafia cop” on his case was exposed for framing him.
