Willingham Hearing Delayed

A Texas judge today postponed a scheduled hearing in the case of Cameron Todd Willingham, who was executed in 2004 for allegedly setting a fire that killed his three daughters. The hearing was set to determine whether to hold a court of inquiry in the case, and was delayed after the district attorney of Navarro County, where Willingham was convicted, filed a motion seeking to recuse the judge from the case.
