Innocence Project Policy Analyst Sarah Chu sat down with the organization Scientists & Engineers for America this week for a discussion on forensic science and the need for oversight. Chu explained how forensic errors can lead to wrongful convictions and emphasizes the need to create a federal agency supervising the application of forensic science in the justice system.
