Victoria Lawson
Research Assistant
Vicky joined the Innocence Project as a Research Assistant in September 2009. Before that, she worked as an intern for six months. She is in the process of getting her Ph.D. in Psychology and Law at John Jay College/Graduate Center of CUNY where she does research largely in the areas of eyewitness misidentification and juror use of forensic and other scientific evidence. She received her M.A. from John Jay College, where her thesis focused on the showup identification procedure. Previous to that, she received her B.A. from Hampshire College and then worked for several years as a research technician in a biopsychology lab.
