Posted: September 21, 2011 8:13 pm

The scheduled execution of Troy Davis was delayed shortly after 7 p.m. on September 21 as the U.S. Supreme Court considered an appeal from Davis’ legal team.

Watch Democracy Now until 9 p.m. for a live report from the rally outside the Jackson, Georgia, prison, where Davis is incarcerated.

We’ll post more here as it develops. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for breaking news updates.
