Tonight on IFC: At the Death House Door

An award-winning documentary about the death penalty in Texas, “At the Death House Door,” will premiere tonight at 9 p.m. ET / PT on the Independent Film Channel.
Directed by Steve James ("Hoop Dreams") and Peter Gilbert ("Vietnam: Long Time Coming"), the film looks at the death penalty through the eyes of Pastor Carroll Pickett, who worked for 15 years as a death row chaplain in Texas. The film focuses on the story of Carlos De Luna, who was executed despite evidence of his innocence and whose execution has long troubled Pickett.
