Nicholas Goodness

Case Analyst

Nicholas Goodness is a Case Analyst with the Innocence Project. He joined the organization in February 2007. As a Case Analyst, Nicholas corresponds with defendants and reviews investigative, trial, appellate and laboratory documents to determine if postconviction DNA testing could prove innocence. He researches whether a case has a viable claim of innocence and probative biological evidence. Prior to joining the Innocence Project, Nicholas taught American History and Law at Fannie Lou Hamer Freedom H.S. in the South Bronx, where he created a number of partnerships with local and national legal advocacy groups.

He is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the Kamehameha Schools, in Honolulu, Hawai’i.
