Happy New Year from all of us at the Innocence Project!
This has been a banner year for fighting injustice and fixing our criminal justice system -- we saw the 250th DNA exoneree finally cleared after decades of struggle, we helped states from Ohio to Alaska bring about landmark reforms to prevent injustice and the story of Betty Anne Waters captured the eye of moviegoers around the world -- the list goes on, and the exonerations will continue in 2011.
